What’s the plan?
We would like to move The Coffee Spot to nearer the children’s
play area to facilitate parking, access and, hopefully, let’s be honest,
increase trade, however, it is a non-profit making concern.
What have we done?
During January we interviewed 200 residents and visitors to Sandhurst
to gauge opinions. The key findings were:
When asked: “What would you change about the Coffee Spot?” the
top answers were “Make it bigger” and “Move it” plus 66% suggested the Coffee
Spot should be nearer the children’s play area.
What are we doing?
We have commissioned an architectural firm to undertake a feasibility
study for us. We will find out about the proposed site, construction,
costings and plans shortly. We will distribute the next information
sheet in October.
